Click on MY LISTINGS in the main left menu. Click on the listing you want to edit. Click EDIT DETAILS to enter LISTING SETUP. The top portion of LISTING SETUP is for SHOWING INSTRUCTIONS.

In the LISTING SETUP section, the listing side can create SELLER/TENANTS to receive appointment notifications via email or text-message (SMS). Their involvement can be set up to VIEW or APPROVE/DECLINE appointment requests or no involvement at all.
